Pillow Fight Club has brought a new form of combat sport and entertainment to Nightlife - thereby turning on its head the common conception of pillow-fighting as a thing that ‘cheerleader-type‘ girls do in their pajamas at slumber parties.

Established in 2013, the PFC emerged with a fresh roster of female fighters complete with alter-ego characters and costumes, a golden trophy, a rulebook, scorecards, referees, bookies, judges, sexy ring-boys and ring-girls, and the city’s beloved MC Xavier as the host.

OFFICIAL RULES OF PFC PFC Official Rule Book ©PFC 2013, 2014 All rights reserved • Regular Matches consist of three 90 second. • The results of all matches are determined by judge’s decision unless there is a knock down, a disqualification, a forfeit, OR unless it is a Queen of the Down tournament. • All points of contact between fighters must be made with pillows. • The ref on duty is responsible for enforcing all of the rules on the mat during all matches. Each fighter is graded out of 15 points for each round. • 5 of these points are graded on offensive combat. • 5 of these points are graded on defensive combat. • 5 of these points are graded on theatrics. Offensive Points are Awarded for: • Striking 2 or more times in a row otherwise known as “combos” • Delivering the first strike of a round • General dominance including successful taunting Defensive Points are Awarded for: • Dodging strikes • Blocking strikes with one’s pillow • Jumps or rolls that create distance between fighters Theatrical Points are Awarded for: • Performing as one’s character Bonus points are Awarded for: • Performing a legal Take-Down • Performing a legal Reversal • Performing Special Moves • Performing a legal Disarm Bonus Points are Deducted for: • Dropping one’s pillow • Going out of bounds for any reason (One foot out of bounds the match continues.
